Tesla (TSLA) is being accused by a South Korean consumer protection organization of misleading tens of thousands of customers by selling driver-assistance software the company knows cannot be legally used in most vehicles in the country, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing a complaint that is planned to be filed on Thursday.
