Robinson") (Nasdaq: CHRW), the global leader in Lean AI supply chains, today announced the appointment of Valerie Capers Workman as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective November 16, 2026. Workman will succeed Angie Freeman, Chief Human Resources & ESG Officer, following her planned retirement at the end of this year, after nearly three decades of leadership with the company.
Workman joins C.H. Robinson as the company continues to advance its Lean AI strategy, accelerate innovation and build the capabilities needed to lead the future of global logistics. She will play a key role in aligning talent, culture and organizational capabilities with the company's long-term strategy, helping translate technological advancement into sustained business performance.
Workman brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across complex global organizations, including Tesla, where she served as Vice President and Head of Human Resources, and most recently Empower Pharmacy, where she serves as Chief Human Resources Officer.
